Colours of the product may be a shade lighter or darker due to the lighting
For any exchange, refund, pictures are compulsory within 2 days of product delivery
All our products are handmade with utmost care, so you can expect a slight color change in every batch we prepare. As we can't assure of attaining the same color everytime due to the usage of herbal and natural powders and ingredients. But we guarantee the efficacy of the product to be same or may be better

The product prices listed are current and updated. However, these are subject to change without advance notice.
All prices on this web site are processed in Indian Rupees and the prices are inclusive of all taxes.
All orders are acknowledged at current pricing. We will bill at the price in effect, at the time of shipping.
Our products are liable for GST in India.
All international shipping orders may attract local duties applicable in that country and the customer will have to pay locally, accordingly. We will not be able to confirm what these charges will be in advance and are not liable to pay these from our end

Used products will not be taken back at any cost
Using our products images and description without our permission is not allowed & might lead to strict legal actions

There shall be no Cancellations for orders.

Refund can be generated on certain criteria:

Further we will either refund or exchange the products for you.

Resending time is 1 week from the day of complaint. Refund generation time is 4 days.
